Green Culture Jamaica surpassed its initial goals

Reaching over 200 products in its portfolio. The company’s customer base has now grown to more than 500 loyal clients, a testament to its dedication to offering high-quality solutions for Jamaican farmers and gardeners.

Building on its Sarly Success

Green Culture expanded its product offerings to include several highly effective pesticides. The company also formed strategic partnerships with local suppliers, ensuring the availability of quality, locally manufactured products to its growing customer base.

Began Operations in June 2020

Launched with the introduction of Dynaroot Rooting Powder. This product quickly gained significant traction across Jamaica, establishing a strong presence in the agricultural and gardening sectors.

Kadia Vassell-Rowe
SALES AGRONOMIST - AREA 1 (St. Elizabeth, Manchester, and North Clarendon)
Responsible for providing sales support to retailers and other stakeholders across area 1 (St. Elizabeth, Manchester and North Clarendon).
Mrs. Vassell is the 2018 recipient of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Award for excellence in Nation Building for voluntary work done with the Jamaica 4H Clubs. Kadia holds an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture from CASE and has experience in Sales and Farm Management.

Orville Mcfarlane
SALES AGRONOMIST - AREA 2 (Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James & Trelawny)
Responsible for providing sales support to retailers and other stakeholders across area 2 (Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James & Trelawny).
Mr. McFarlane is the 2019 recipient of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Award for excellence in the category of Agriculture. Orville was awarded for his use of new technology to mitigate against challenges consistently faced by farmers using traditional farming practices as well as providing voluntary training and consultancy to various agricultural related entities such as the Jamaica 4H Clubs.
Mr. McFarlane holds an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the Montego Bay Community College. Orville’s professional experience includes Sales, Farm Management as well as serving as a lecturer specializing in agriculture related courses at the Montego Bay Community College. Orville also possesses advanced knowledge in Hydroponics and Green House Management.

Deon Tyrell
SALES AGRONOMIST - AREA 3 (St. Ann, St. Mary & Portland)
Responsible for providing sales support to retailers and other stakeholders across area 3 (St. Ann, St. Mary & Portland).
Ms. Tyrell holds an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture production and Supervision Management and is currently qualifying for a Bachelor of Technology in Agri-production and Food System Management.
Deon has experience in sales and merchandising in the fast-moving consumer goods market.

Dominique Gayle
SALES AGRONOMIST - AREA 4 (South Clarendon, St. Catherine, Kingston/St. Andrew & St. Thomas)
Responsible for providing sales support to retailers and other stakeholders across area 4 (South Clarendon, St. Catherine, Kingston/St. Andrew & St. Thomas).
Ms. Gayle holds an Associate of Science Degree in General Agriculture from CASE as well as a Diploma in Education from the University of West Indies. Dominique’s professional experience includes Sales & Tele-sales in the agricultural sector. She also has experience as a teacher of agriculture-related courses.

Mr. Byfield holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Education from College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE).
Carberry’s professional experience includes Farm Management as well as teaching agriculture related courses.

Jardon’s professional experience includes Farm Management spanning both livestock and crop production.

Responsible for providing technical support and training to farmers, retailers and other stakeholders across Area 3 (St. Ann, St. Mary, & Portland).
Mr. Stewart holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Agricultural Production and Supervision from the College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE).
Odaine’s possesses extensive knowledge in Apiculture and has experience in farm management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Responsible for providing customer and team support as well as a range of operational activities geared at ensuring smooth and consistent delivery services to all stakeholders.
Migel holds an Associate Degree in Agriculture and is presently completing his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. Migel has experience in Farm Management and Customer Service.

Euan Linton (Left) operates in the critical role of Driver and Bearer and keeps our retailers happy by ensuring timely delivery of our products island-wide. Euan is supported by Elroy Brown (Right) and Adrian Christie (Center) who both holds the position of Warehouse and Delivery Associate.

Kevon Donaldson
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Mr. Donaldson is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the company as well as offering robust guidance to all functional areas of business as the company moves towards the achievement of its goals and vision.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Technology Jamaica, Bachelor of Business administration in General Management as well as an Associate of Science Degree in agriculture from the College of Agriculture, Science & Education (CASE).

Mr. Donalson brings to Green Culture over 20 years of sales, marketing & distribution experience after serving in various commercial roles across major distribution companies in the consumer goods market as well as the agricultural inputs trade in Jamaica.

Director of Finance, Human Resources & Administration
In this critical role, Mrs. Donaldson is responsible for the effective execution of the company's financial, administrative and human resource strategy.

She holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Analytics from Florida Atlantic University, USA; Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Hons 1), from The University of Technology, Jamaica and Diploma in Education (Hons 1) from the Mico University.
Kerry-Ann Donaldson brings to Green Culture over 20 years of experience in banking, customer service, education, data analytics and leadership after serving in various organizations locally and internationally.

ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Tyanna-Marie is responsible for the coordination of receivables and payables.
She holds a Diploma in Business Studies and an Associate degree in Business Administration from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
